WOWBRO – SUBSCRIPTION & PAID SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Subscription & Paid Services Terms (“Terms”) govern access to premium features within the Wowbro mobile application (“App”), operated by Wowbro Entertainment World Pvt. Ltd. By purchasing or using any paid feature, you agree to these Terms.


2. Nature of Payment 
Wowbro offers optional paid access to certain premium features.
A one-time fee of INR 99 (inclusive of applicable taxes, if any) is charged for activating premium services.
This is NOT a recurring subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future.
The payment is voluntary and only applicable to users who choose to access premium features.


3. What You Get for INR 99
Upon successful payment, the user will receive:
Access to create and showcase a professional profile/portfolio on Wowbro.
Eligibility to apply for job and opportunity listings available in the “Jobs” section of the app.
Enhanced visibility within the platform (if applicable).
Access to premium participation opportunities such as contests, talent showcases, and industry connections (as made available within the app).


4. No Guarantee of Employment or Selection
Wowbro acts as a platform to connect talent with opportunities.
Payment of INR 99 does NOT guarantee:
Job placement
Selection in any contest or opportunity
Income or earnings
All selections are subject to third-party requirements, merit, and eligibility criteria.


5. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through:
Google Play Billing (for Android users)
Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) (for iOS users)
Wowbro does NOT store any financial or card details.
Users must comply with the respective platform’s payment terms.


6. Refund Policy
All payments made are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies.
Refund requests, if applicable, must be initiated through:
Google Play Store (for Android users)
Apple App Store (for iOS users)


7. Account Responsibility
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or policy violation may result in:
Suspension or termination of premium access
Removal of content/profile


8. Content & Profile Guidelines
Users must ensure that all information submitted in their professional profile is:
Accurate
Lawful
Non-misleading
Wowbro reserves the right to remove or reject any content that violates platform policies.


9. Termination of Services
Wowbro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
In case of termination due to policy violation, no refund will be provided.


10. Changes to Pricing or Features
Wowbro may revise pricing or features in the future.
Any changes will be:
Clearly communicated within the app
Applicable only to future purchases


11. Compliance with Platform Policies
These Terms comply with:
Google Play Developer Program Policies
Apple App Store Review Guidelines
Users must also adhere to these platform-specific terms while using the app.


12. Legal Disclaimer
Wowbro is a facilitator platform and does not act as an employer, recruiter, or talent agency unless explicitly stated.
The company is not liable for:
Outcomes of job applications
Third-party interactions
Any financial or professional decisions made by users
