SHEHZADA is about a guy who is struggling for his family. Bantu and Raj were born at the same hospital on the same day 25 years ago. Raj is the son of Valmiki (Paresh Rawal), and Bantu is the son of Randeep Nanda (Ronit Roy) and Yashu (Manisha Koirala). Valmiki feels envious of Randeep because they both began their professions together. But, Randeep married Yashu, the daughter of the extremely affluent Aditya Jindal (Sachin Khedekar). Randeep got filthy rich overnight, which enraged Valmiki. Circumstances force Valmiki to switch Bantu and Raj on their birth day. As a result, he adopts Bantu, while Valmiki’s son Raj grows up in the Jindals’ household, ignorant that he is a Jindal.

He is completely ignorant that he is their employee’s son. In the present day, Bantu (Kartik Aaryan) is dissatisfied with his existence since Valmiki has constantly mistreated him. Meanwhile, Raj (Ankur Rathee) has returned after studying overseas, and Valmiki treats him as if he were his own son. Bantu accepts a position at Samara’s legal firm (Kriti Sanon). Both eventually fall in love. Samara’s father (Rakesh Bedi) arranges her marriage to Raj. Bantu suggests that Samara meet with Randeep and disclose the facts. Vikrant (Vinay Rana), a competitor, attacks Randeep just before their encounter.
